Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.
What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure? Can you help?
Yes! if you call or contact us now, we may be able to get and offer in place and use and give our deposit dirtily to the bank or escrow company to. Often times once the bank sees there is a serous buy they will permit the sale of the property, There is nothing worse than having a foreclosure go on your credit rating.
What do you charge for your services?
Unlike Realtors, there is never a charge or commission when we buy your home!
If I submit your seller questionnaire, when will I hear from you?
As soon as we receive your seller questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don’t hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to make sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.
Is it better to call or contact you via your online seller questionnaire?
That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our seller questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and discuss all the details with you when we call.
